You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are available for defective products only.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, misuse, or altered devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chronara products are designed for digital memory storage and archival purposes. Data longevity depends on storage environment and proper usage.
Chronara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost or deleted files, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site or product after changes means you accept the updated terms.
