Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Chronara Key, we begin work immediately following 2 hours after Payment to ensure the rapid delivery of your custom tools and engines. Because our services involve intensive labour and custom architecture from day one, we adhere to the following refund schedule:

1. Full Refund (2-Hour Grace Period)

• Clients may request a full refund within the first 2 hours of signing the service agreement or making the initial deposit. We do not begin working until 2 hours after payment, (unless instructed otherwise - which voids this grace period refund)

2. Partial Refund (Up to 7 days)

• Between 2 hours and 7 days of the project purchase date, a 50% refund is available.

• This 50% retention covers the specialized labour, strategy, and initial coding already invested in your custom build or brand integration.

3. No Refunds (After 7 Days)

• After 7 days (from the hour and minute of purchase), no refunds will be permitted.

• At this stage of the process, the project is in full Construction, and significant resources have been allocated to ensure your deployment deadline is met.

4. Pre-built & Custom Tools

• Due to the near-instant nature of our Custom Tools and Pre-built Program delivery (often within 3–48 hours), these services are non-refundable after the 2 hour grace period.
