Refund Policy

At Chronara, we stand behind the quality of each product. Each unit is carefully tested before shipping to ensure it works exactly as intended.
 

✅ When Refunds or Exchanges Apply

We offer exchanges or refunds if your Chronara Key is defective, including:

  • The device does not load up or function when plugged in.

  • The USB arrives with corrupted files (i.e. an error occurring when we loaded the files))

  • The product arrives unusable.
     

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [support email] with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos, videos, or a return of the product for verification.

🚫 When Refunds Do Not Apply

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Packaging damaged by delivery carrier.

  • Products that have been misused, physically damaged after delivery, or altered.

  • Lost or deleted files not caused by a device defect.

  • Permanently Locking out your device "too early" or "accidentally". (Contact us anyway)
     

🔄 Our Guarantee

If your Chronara Key does not work as promised, we will replace it with a new unit at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
