📦 Shipping

• All orders are shipped with tracking.

• Typical delivery times are 5–10 business days within Canada, and 2–4 weeks internationally, depending on location.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.
   

🚚 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive:

• First, please check your tracking information, delivery address, and with neighbors or building staff.

• If tracking shows “in transit” but the package never arrives, we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we may require you to file a “package not received” report with the carrier before issuing a replacement.
   

⚠️ Please note: We cannot be held responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. For higher-value orders, you may request “signature required” at checkout for added security.
